Cause you know, for sure, we're the most highly regarded country for our moral values.

Ah!

"...following World War II, they resorted to military aggression to make an entire nation homeless on the pretext of Jewish sufferings and the ambiguous and dubious question of Holocaust."

Unju...

And then, Mahmoud attacked again...

During a UN sponsored conference, this is what happened when irani President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad confered upon the State of Israel such lovely tags, such as "The Most racist State", "Use of Arms to Occupy Lands" and what not:

If you ask me, thats great TV right there.

But in a more serious manner, i sent an email to some friends this morning regarding the Holocoust of the jews during WWII. It is amazing what some people will say out of the fanatic spirit of politics and religion, two things that are clearly not to be mixed freely and overly in excess...

But that wasn't the end of it. Well, actually it was. At the beggining of the speech, some random bloque God-knows from what country, did this:

<script src="http://i.cdn.turner.com/cnn/.element/js/2.0/video/evp/module.js?loc=dom&vid=/video/world/2009/04/20/vo.un.ahmadinejad.protestors.presstv" type="text/javascript"></script><noscript>Embedded video from <a href="http://www.cnn.com/video">CNN Video</a></noscript>

Fron that, I can tell you two things: 1. Theres a new national heroe in Israel right there; and 2. Never in the history of wig salespersons, has a model skyrocketed in sales during wig off-season, as that little piece of work right there....

"The things one has to see", said Don Quixote to Sancho.... "The things one has to see".

PS: I have no idea why it doesn't show on my screen here, so just in case, i placed a direct link to the article, with the video there as well. I'll try and fix it when i get home.

PPS. And please, somebody get President Ahmadhinejad a "Get over it" Pill right this second; he was apparently under the impression that the audience was applauding FOR him, instead of the clown-person-diplomat. Silly dude...

The Restaurant at the End of the Universe, de Douglas Adams (1980)

Beign that the book is older than I am myself, it's one of the most entertaining books I have ever red. It's smart, witty and complements the story started with book one, narrating the adventures of Arthur Dent through his space and time travel through the Universe.

Marvin is most likely my favorite character EVER, as he is the depressed robot portrayed in the movie and so much more. It's  shame there wont be a movie mde out of this book, as Hitchhickers didnt do very well in the box office, but still, that's no reaosn to miss out on this one.

Story is as unlikely as te first, with a very out of this world ending to it...

I'd say, 4 stars!

Share and Enjoy!
